The Mid-Atlantic Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (DC VOAD, DE VOAD, MD
VOAD, PA VOAD, and WV VOAD) in partnership with FEMA Region III, are excited to
announce our 2nd annual regional conference. The conference theme for 2025 is Beyond
Band-Aids: Dismantling Systemic Inequities that Fuel Disaster Vulnerability.
Conference Date and Location: The conference will be held from midday on Sunday,
March 30 to midday on April 1, 2025, at the Cacapon Resort State Park Lodge in Berkeley
Springs, West Virginia.
